Designer Doll Patterns offers the following Returns Policy: If you feel you need to return a product, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of the item. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the product and DO NOT include shipping/handling costs. Due to the nature of printed material, patterns are not returnable and are non-refundable. Nor are CDs or DVDs. Questions? Contact me at clothdolly@verizon.net and I will respond as quickly as possible. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Buyers outside of the USA may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties and taxes. These charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. I strive to be a fair and ethical seller. If you are unable or unwilling to pay these fees, please do not make a purchase. The shipping amount I quote you will be for the shipping and handling costs only. I cannot be responsible for delays in delivery due to customs rules and regulations. I accept Paypal only from all international buyers.

Once payment is received, all purchases will be shipped within 24-48 hours barring any unforeseen problems.
